Episode 148

Immaculate Cowception – What?

Cowception? What is that?

That is a very good question and I am not going to tell you. Claire is in this short podcast and I highly recommend that you all are going to listen.

Let me say that much. There were wildfires involved that came way to close for comfort – and, of course, cows.

Claire and her husband Mark have been working on the homestead for a long time. Now, they are getting a bit older and are reassessing what is working and what is not.

Many, myself included, find that we need to re-evaluate what we are doing ever so often. It might be a good idea for anyone who is on the homesteading journey to do regular evaluations and figure out what works and what does not.

I recommend keeping track of projects and their outcome and once a year, do a progress check. Many find a 5-year plan works well for them. As we keep learning, we see what works and what is too much work and effort and needs to be discontinued.

A Personal Note

My voice is still not quite where I want it to be. Talking for a long time puts still too much strain on it. Hopefully, by next week, I will be fully back in action.

In the meantime, I am happy to tell you all that you can find our podcast on Spotify now!!

Also, I am still trying to keep up with daily life short lens videos on Patreon. Right now, I am in Arizona on the Navajo Nation land and it is beautiful all around me. Hoping to share some of this with you all.

Here is tonight’s sunset to give you a taste.
